The Paris Public Prosecutor’s Office has agreed to receive a lawsuit accusing genocide and ethnic cleansing. The lawsuit was filed by French lawyer Pedro Androjar on behalf of the French-Alawite group. It includes Syrian government ministers, including Defense Minister Marhaf Abu Qasra, Interior Minister Anas Khattab, and Mohammed al-Jassem Abu Amsha, commander of the 25th Division.
Pedro Andujar is a lawyer at the Lyon Bar Association, specializing in, among other areas, international law, European Union law, criminal law, foreign law, and nationality law.
With nearly 25 years of experience and having been sworn in to the Lyon Bar Association in 2017, Pedro Andujar graduated with a Master’s degree in International Law and has extensive experience in international criminal defense. He is also a member of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
In the first step of its kind against the usurper of the Syrian presidency, Abu Mohammed al-Jolani, who uses his nom de guerre, Ahmed al-Sharaa, French lawyer Pedro Andujar today filed a lawsuit on behalf of the “French-Alawite Collective” before the Paris Public Prosecutor’s Office, accusing him of genocide and ethnic cleansing. The lawsuit also includes Defense Minister Murhaf Abu Qasra, Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shibani, Interior Minister Anas Khattab, and Commander of the 25th Military Division, Mohammed al-Jassem. The Collective’s media department also distributed a program for the sit-in scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, in front of the Palais de Justice in Paris.
